Embark on a transformative journey with our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Karma Yoga Center. Led by studio owner and lead teacher Katrina Gustafson, our training connects students to the spiritual and practical teachings of yoga, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you aspire to become a certified yoga teacher or simply wish to deepen your practice, this training is open to all seekers.
Our training begins with a 3-Day Retreat Style Immersion in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, included in the price of the training.

- Week 1: Mar 27 - Apr 2 (3-Day Mountain Retreat: Mar 27-29 & Studio: Mar 30-Apr 2)
- Weekend 1: Apr 24-26
- Weekend 2: May 29-31
- Weekend 3: Jun 26-28
- Weekend 4: Jul 24-26
- Week 2: Aug 21-27
7-Day trainings: Fri 6-8pm, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm, Mon-Thu 10:30am-4pm. Weekend trainings: Fri 6-8pm, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm.
